1. Entry Hours
Entry is allowed between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM. Late entry is not permitted without prior written approval.
2. Security Deposit
The security deposit is non-refundable and will be adjusted against the last month's rent.
3. Personal Valuables
The hostel is not responsible for any loss of valuables, cash, or personal belongings.
4. Guest Policy
Guest stay is permitted at ₹500 per day including meals. Prior approval from management is required.
5. Food Policy
Unlimited food is provided. Special items and fruits are excluded. Food packing is not allowed.
6. Electricity Charges
Electricity will be charged as per the sub-meter reading, split equally among room occupants.
7. Laundry
Two laundry bags free every four days (max 2.5 kg / 8 garments). Extra bags at ₹50 each.
8. Rickshaw Service
Complimentary rickshaw service at fixed timings as notified by management.
9. Rent During Holidays
Full rent is payable from August to June, including during holidays.
10. Rent During Absence
Full rent is payable even if the resident is absent for any reason.
11. Lost Keys / Locks
Lost keys or damaged locks must be replaced at the resident's own cost.
12. Discipline & Property
The resident shall maintain discipline and take care of hostel property. Damage will be charged.
13. Termination by Hostel
The hostel may terminate accommodation without refund for rule violations or non-payment.
