1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sharma Girls Hostel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Description

Sharma Girls Hostel provides hostel and paying guest (PG) accommodation services, including room bookings, facility management, and related services. We offer various room types and plans as described on our website.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

Room bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or security deposit. All bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Pricing

Room rates and charges are as displayed on our website or as communicated during the booking process. We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice.

3.3 Payment Terms

Rent is due on the agreed billing date each month. Late payments may attract additional charges as per our policy. All payments are to be made through the designated payment methods.

3.4 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded subject to the terms outlined in the tenancy agreement, after deducting any applicable charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • To maintain the premises in good condition and report any damages promptly.
  • To comply with all house rules, safety regulations, and instructions from staff.
  • Not to engage in any illegal activities within the premises.
  • To respect the privacy and rights of other residents.
  • To ensure visitors comply with visiting hours and registration requirements.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the move-in date are eligible for a full refund of the security deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Early terminations during the stay require a 30-day written notice.

7. Facility Usage

Residents are entitled to use the facilities as per their chosen plan. Misuse of facilities, damage to property, or violation of safety rules may result in disciplinary action including termination of the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sharma Girls Hostel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your accommodation with immediate effect in case of:

  • Non-payment of dues.
  • Violation of house rules or terms.
  • Engaging in illegal or disruptive activities.
  • Providing false information during registration.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
